This is my second flooring installation with SimpleFLOORS. My first installation was amazing and this time, they were able to do it again.

The pricing is detailed and transparent on both, the per foot material, installation, and disposal which to my surprise was identical to what I was charged 4 years ago.

We purchased a house that needed some updates and our realtor had recommended SimpleFloors for their fair pricing and installation. We did our due diligence and shopped other flooring stores to compare and they were definitely more competitive in selection and price.

Jose was super knowledgeable and approachable during his site visit and explained all the options for floor installation and pricing. We ended up leveling some of the rooms with concrete and doing a partial glue-down/nail-down installation. Jose's team, Tony and Moises, were very professional, friendly and easy to communicate with. The finished floors and baseboards look AMAZING and the floorboards haven't squeaked once.
